Inside GITEX Africa 2025: How Nuelink Showcased Morocco’s Tech Potential

The Nuelink team packed up in Tetouan and made the scenic drive to Marrakech, buzzing with excitement, ideas, and, of course, Nuelink brochures and stickers.

This year, our GITEX Africa adventure kicked off even before the event officially began, with a road trip! The Nuelink team packed up in Tétouan and made the scenic drive to Marrakech, buzzing with excitement, ideas, and, of course, Nuelink brochures and stickers.

As soon as we arrived on Sunday, we dove into the action by attending a special gathering organized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform for Moroccan startups exhibiting at GITEX.

It was a proud moment when our founder and CEO, Bilal, had the honor of meeting Mrs. Amal EL FALLAH - SEGHROUCHNI, the Minister herself. Their conversation explored the growing influence of Moroccan startups, the incredible momentum building in our local ecosystem, and the powerful role GITEX Africa plays in shaping the future of tech on the continent.

Once Monday hit, GITEX Africa 2025 officially launched, and so did we.

Our booth quickly became a hotspot, drawing in Moroccan agencies, eCommerce entrepreneurs, and creators who were curious about how Nuelink could help them scale, automate, and create content with the help of AI.

Their enthusiasm reminded us why we do what we do, build tools that empower businesses to thrive. But the excitement didn’t stop at Morocco’s borders.

We had the chance to meet with attendees from across Africa and beyond, from Kenya, Niger, Tunisia, and international innovators from Europe Spain, France, and Italy, the Gulf, and the US.

Everyone was eager to explore automation, content scheduling, and how AI can boost brand presence. Nuelink's mission resonated strongly with many who want to reap the benefits of social media marketing but don’t have the time or the manpower to do so.

We weren’t just there to talk, we listened, learned, and left inspired by many of the brilliant startups. A few that really stood out to us included Vove ID, which is pushing the boundaries of digital identity in Africa, Paytic, making payment solutions smoother and more inclusive, xPage, a platform helping businesses quickly create sleek and professional landing pages, and OVHcloud, a reliable cloud provider offering the scalability and performance that startups need to grow.

One other highlight? The many brilliant young minds from Morocco’s top universities, studying marketing, programming, and AI, who visited our booth. Their interest in Nuelink’s tech and vision gave us so much hope for the future.

Day Two: Conversations, Pitches, and Cameras Rolling

After another high-energy day at GITEX, we wrapped up our second day with a very special off-site invite, Concentrix’s Inauguration Tek Lab, special thanks to Abdelwahab NAKARI for the invite.

We were honored to be invited to pitch Nuelink among an elite group of startups in front of investors, executives, and decision-makers. The atmosphere was electric. The conversations are insightful. And the connections are invaluable.

Earlier that day, Nuelink also caught the attention of some top media voices:

Moroccan World News ran a feature titled “What If Your Social Media Ran Itself? Introducing Nuelink’s Bold New Reality.” They praised our “quietly powerful” approach, highlighting how, amid all the flashy demos at GITEX, Nuelink stood out for its intuitive, low-friction setup and time-saving automation.

Moroccan World News detailed how Nuelink automates content across channels, recycles assets from blogs, websites, and e-commerce pages, and leverages AI to generate optimized captions, trending hashtags, and even recommend the best posting times.

They also spotlighted our real-time analytics dashboard, with AI-driven engagement insights and team collaboration tools, calling Nuelink “a social media autopilot reshaping how businesses scale online.” We love to hear it!

Pyxeli also sat down with Bilal to discuss our AI-powered automations and how they’re designed to empower agencies, creators, and brands to focus more on strategy and less on constant content churn.

Their combined coverage introduced Nuelink to even wider audiences, and we were thrilled to see our story resonate with so many.

The Investor Interest: Big Conversations

One of the most exciting takeaways from GITEX Africa 2025? The incredible interest from investors.

Throughout the summit, we had dozens of conversations with angel investors, VCs, and tech ecosystem leaders, many of whom were already familiar with Nuelink or had heard about us through mutual connections. As we shared our growth metrics, product roadmap, and vision for empowering creators, agencies, and brands through automation and AI, interest was quickly piqued.

We’re currently in talks and evaluating the right partners to scale with. The future looks brighter than ever.

Day Three: E-Gov Ideas and Final Meetings

On the final day of the summit, we were invited to the E-Government section, specifically The Rounded Room, for a discussion with the Ministry’s consultant, EL HALLABI Mohamed. They were looking for Moroccan-owned startups that could support public digital initiatives. We shared several innovative ideas that sparked genuine interest, and we’re excited to continue the dialogue.

We also had the chance to meet more entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and partners from all walks of life who stopped by to learn more about Nuelink. Whether they were in SaaS, eCommerce, construction, fashion design, or public service, the conversations were always insightful on how they use social media to grow their businesses.

We also had the joy of connecting with some familiar faces from our own community. One special moment was meeting Olderico Caviglia, CEO & founder of Strategycapp and a user of Nuelink from Italy, who stopped by to share his insights and meet the team in person.

Among the many exciting moments from this year’s Gitex Africa, one milestone stood out, Medi1TV, one of Morocco’s leading media outlets, started using Nuelink. Having a national broadcaster explore the power of automation, AI, and content scheduling with Nuelink is both validating and energizing. It’s proof that even the biggest names in media are looking for smarter ways to manage and scale their digital presence, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.

And speaking of amazing connections, one of the unexpected highlights was meeting the CEO of Hit Radio, a true pioneer in Morocco’s media scene. It was inspiring to talk about the future of content, audience engagement, and the role platforms like Nuelink can play in that future.

A Week to Remember

From the road trip through Morocco’s beautiful landscape to standing among world-class innovators in Marrakech, GITEX Africa 2025 was unforgettable.
