Can you schedule Google Business posts directly from Google?
Unfortunately, Google doesn't offer a native feature to schedule Google Business Posts; you can only publish them directly. To schedule posts, you'll need to use a social media management tool like Nuelink.
How to Schedule a Post on Google Business Using Nuelink

Step 3: Click on ‘Create Post’
On the left sidebar, click the Create Post button to start crafting your Google Business post.
Step 4: Choose a Collection and Social Channel
- Under the Collection dropdown, select the appropriate collection for your post (e.g., “Local Updates”). Learn more about Nuelink's collections.
- In the Social Channels section, select your Google Business account.
Step 5: Write Your Caption
- In the Post Editor, write your caption in the text box.
- You can also use NueAI to generate the post for you. Just:
- Write a prompt in the text box.
- Click the 'NueAI' button.
- Click Prompt to generate your post.
Step 6: Add Media or Attachments
Use the media options below the text editor to add images or other assets to your post.
Step 7: [OPTIONAL] Customize Your Google Business Posts
1️⃣ Enable the Link Option
Toggle the Link option if you want to include a link in your post. It will be added at the end of the post, with a call-to-action like Learn More, Shop, Sign Up, and others.
2️⃣ Choose How Your Post is Published
You have two options when posting updates:
- Publish an update and add to photos – This will create a Google Business update while also adding the image to your business photos.
- Add to photos only – This will only upload the image to your Google Business listing without creating a post.
Step 8: Preview Your Post
Check the Preview section on the right to see how your post will look on your Google Business profile.
Step 9: Set Scheduling Options
- Turn on the 'Schedule Once' option to schedule your post for a specific time.
- Select the desired date and time using the calendar and time picker.
Step 10: Click ‘Schedule’
Once everything is ready, click the 'Schedule' button to schedule your carousel.

Your Google Business post is now set to be posted at the scheduled time!
